Sahib Chai – Machine Service Terms & Conditions

At Sahib Chai, our service doesn't stop at delivery. We believe in long-lasting relationships—rooted in trust, tradition, and timeless service.

🛡️ Warranty Coverage

Our machines come with:

  • 6-month manufacturer warranty (covers internal mechanical parts)

  • 1-year labour warranty

  • Applicable on machines purchased within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON and Surrey, BC

⚠️ Warranty covers internal components only—not external damage or misuse.

Post-service warranty: Parts replaced during repair are covered for an additional 6 months.

  • Expert video call assistance

  • Access to our official Sahib Chai parts store

  • Shipping available across Canada via FedEx, UPS, Purolator

  • Express delivery options available on request

Standard Service (cleaning + descaling) $80
Service with part replacement (max) $350
Repair for machines over 24 months old $400
Virtual Assistance (Video Call) $40/hr

📅 By appointment only – same-day service available if booked before 1 PM (extra charges apply).

🔒 Sahib Chai – Extended Protection Plan

For complete peace of mind, opt for our Full Protection Plan, covering all parts and services:

  • 12-Month Full Coverage – $200

  • 24-Month Full Coverage – $375

⚠️ Important Notes

  • A 15% fee applies to machines tampered with by unauthorized persons.

  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

    • Accidental damage, power surges, pests, or negligence

    • Fire, water, poor ventilation, or misuse
